10 General Bonus Terms

11 VIP Program

bk399's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

12 Cashback Terms

Cashback is provided on a weekly basis and is added to the balance on a set day.
Additional wagering may apply to cashback; the terms of each offer apply separately.
Cashback calculation is done by bk399's own method and the final decision rests with bk399.
If fraudulent activity is detected, the cashback will be cancelled.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bk399 reserves the right to void that bet.
If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be returned to the balance.
